Super-Scratch Foundation Appoints Brian Laurent as Director

The Super-Scratch Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the game of golf by supporting the next generation of superintendents, is proud to announce the appointment of Brian Laurent as its new Director.

“I could not be more excited to join the Super-Scratch Foundation team,” said Laurent. “For years, superintendents have observed declining enrollment in turf programs across the country and a shrinking pipeline of individuals to fill vital roles on agronomy teams. The Super-Scratch Foundation is the first organization where club members and leadership are partnering with superintendents to create real solutions to this challenge. I’m honored to help the Foundation tell this story and continue investing in education for those who will care for the courses we all enjoy.”

In addition to his role with the Foundation, Laurent will continue to lead and develop the

Superintendent Network, a trusted platform he founded to educate, promote, inspire, and

connect the superintendent community.
